Clic Prime protects your personal information in accordance with Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
1. Information collected
We collect the details you choose to provide: contact information, request topic, province, timing and contact preferences. Depending on your topic, the questionnaire may also ask about existing coverage, a property, a vehicle, a business or approximate amounts. Questions about tobacco, sex at birth, date of birth and medical history can be deferred to a conversation with the adviser. If you answer these sensitive questions, separate express consent is requested before transmission. Do not provide detailed diagnoses, account numbers or social insurance numbers. Answers remain in page memory until submission and are not saved in browser storage.
2. Purposes
We use your information to connect you with a licensed professional, respond to your requests and, with your consent, send you communications.
3. Sharing with third parties (essential to the service)
As Clic Prime is a referral service, your information is transmitted to the professional registered with the AMF (or the relevant body) best placed to answer your request. That professional then becomes responsible for processing your information. We use GoHighLevel / LeadConnector to manage contact details, requests and qualification notes. We also use Cloudflare for hosting, spam protection and technical delivery tracking, as well as technical providers who do not use your data for other purposes.
4. SMS and marketing consent
If you provide a phone number and check the SMS consent, you agree to receive text messages; reply STOP to unsubscribe. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Retention
We keep your information for as long as necessary for the described purposes, then destroy or anonymize it.
6. Your rights
You can access your information, have it corrected or withdraw your consent, by writing to us via the Contact page.
7. Security
We put reasonable measures in place to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and, with your consent, audience-measurement and marketing cookies. You can manage your choices via the banner or the "Manage cookies" link.
